GIFT CARD CAROSELLO & CORPORATE WELFARE
The MasterCard Prepaid Gift Card is a prepaid payment card that can be used to pay for goods and services at Carosello stores that accept MasterCard cards. It can only be used for EURO payments. To purchase the Carosello Gift Card you must be 18 years old and provide an identity document for the registration of data.

How does the Carosello Gift Card work?
The Carosello Gift Card can be purchased at the infopoint of Carosello and through the Infopads at the entrances of the Shopping Centre. The Carosello Gift Card is valid for one year from the activation date or until the balance resets. The Carosello Gift Card will be loaded with the required value. It is not mandatory to spend the full amount in a single day since it can be used within one year from the date of purchase.
Card management
By accessing the “Card Management” area you can check online the balance of your Carosello Gift Card and view all your transactions.
To login you must enter the card number of your Carosello Gift Card, the three digits of the CVV code (the last three numbers of the security code on the back of your Card), the security phrase and click on the “Login” button.
In case of loss or theft of the Carosello Gift Card
In case of loss or theft of the Carosello Gift Card, call the Service Center at 800 141 736. You will be asked for some details related to the purchase of your Carosello Gift Card such as the card number, date and time of purchase.
5,9 € commission will be downloaded and deducted from the amount of your remaining credit for the reissue of a new gift card.
